One of the problems faced in the design industry is the constant use of technical terms or historical names that might mean something to a printer or a designer but, nothing to a account handler or a marketing assistant.
So with this simple brief to explore ways to explain the processes involved in creative services to those in client services I devised these for my employer/client.
Simple, clear and engaging designs were needed. The premise was also simple and I would release one every possible Friday - Fact Sheet Friday - to give a little light mid-morning reading for the much needed coffee break.
For me the feedback from the client service teams [at all levels] has been incredible and this is all the feedback I needed. These service teams deal with some pretty high level accounts so hopefully this knowledge will help them serve the client better and deliver better work for all.
