‘Faces and Places of...’ was based on the1930’s idea
of mass observation. We had to focus on a particular location and subculture using words and images, distilled to 16 printed pages. I based my publication on a Drag Queen working in Newcastle called Ophelia Balls. The publication featured transcripts and images of the two interviews I had with Ophelia.
