Large high-street bank - A large high-street bank sponsoring the 2012 London Olympic Games requested assistance in developing Facebook pages and a Facebook app as part of a brand engagement piece.
Rosa worked within a team to define the user experience, focusing on process flows, user journeys and wireframe definition.
Prior to defining the actual wireframes, Rosa sketched concepts so that she could quickly put her ideas out there and share them with the rest of the team. This way she quickly got their feedback and approval at an early stage prior to wireframing.
Rosa incorporated the feedback she gathered from the early sketches to a draft wireframe document which following client approval became the finalised wireframe documentation.
As part of the UX work, Rosa also helped define process flows that defined the user journeys both from an end user point of view as well as from an administrator's perspective.
