Flawed Perfection is a cultural magazine concept that I developed to showcase my appreciation for the imperfect. Too often popular culture stresses the importance of being perfect to maintain the spotlight, leading to celebrities going to extraordinary, and sometimes unhealthy measures to prolonge their 15 minutes of fame. In the pursuit of perfection, the person you were soon fades, making the person who you become a shell of the person you once were. In this magazine, I want to glorify the celebrities who embraced their imperfections and were able to maintain their true identity after gaining notoriety.
