The third edition of the Talent Campus Guadalajara for advanced students and young filmmakers from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean took place from March 24 – 18, 2011.
"Cut and Paste. The Pentagram of a Story" was the key topic for the Talent Campus Guadalajara, focusing on the importance of rhythm in the cinematic narrative, from scriptwriting to editing, as seen from the perspective of all those involved in audiovisual production and distribution.
The Campus offered a networking space for its participants and fostered creative exchange among them, under the guidance of around 60 experts, among them Diana Bracho, Willem Dafoe, Werner Herzog, Paula Markovitch, Eran Riklis, and Roberto Sosa.
The activities ranged from masterclasses, panels, workshops, alternative film screenings, meetings with experts as well as visits to the Ibero-American film market.
