- Exodus (Way out) is the story of the departure of the Israelites from ancient Egypt. They were exiled, and started their voyage under the leadership of Moses. After this painstaking voyage, they find some place cool and habitable in the middle of hot and dry desert.
History will repeat itself with a potential transformation of Fikirtepe District in Istanbul.

- Elevated gardens and rooftop gardens provide a natural relaxation to the inhabitants
- Commercial spots inside the compound help sustain the project by providing rental income, while also creating a vita inside the compound.
- Shell of the structure is made of perforated material, which has windows here and there. Light coming out of these windows blends with the texture of the neighbourhood seen at night.
