  • After 9 months of development, the flagship Exmouth Fish Store opened its doors for business today (April 7 2009).

    Exmouth Fish Co. is a seafood store with a difference. EFC not only catch the fish, they now process, transport and sell them in their retail outlets. Their tagline 'We catch the fish we sell' couldn't be more true as they control the entire supply chain. When customers buy seafood from an EFC store they know that they are receiving the very best product.

    The EFC branding began with the creation of their logo, a play on positive and negative space with a traditional logotype. The logo has since become the backbone to the entire EFC brand. Images of fisherman, the fishing process and the product feature heavily in the branding with the centre-piece being a giant 10 metre stretch of wall telling the EFC story in a scrapbook style.

    EFC intend to open additional stores throughout 2009 and will push the new brand into new ventures in the years to come.
