Stripped back an old 3D model of a Evo X I purchased a while back and I'm using it as I learn how to light, texture and render using Maxwell Render.
First step was setting up the studio environment for the test renders. I've used IBL (image based lighting) in order to keep low noise within the renders and therefore reduce render times.
Basic textures have almost been completed and then I plan to rework the image based textures and then on to the environment for the render.
Last step will be to learn how to comp this into a photograph.
