"Estado de Sitio" arise as a first approach of the concept of portraits in absence related to the British culture, specifically the city of London and its transport system.
This series is a collection of images inside the Underground Tube stations and hallways, through which I construct visual structures of frontal framing and geometric shapes given by the station´s architecture and decor. At the same time of capturing the spaces, my intention is to reflect about the sense of being under surveillance.
