Light Sport Electric Amphibian - Business
Equator Aircraft Norway (EAN) was established to construct and sell the modern amphibian that will revolutionize the current view of private light aircraft. By using the modern methods of production that remains in force, combine these with super light and strong materials, and have a design focus on the user situation, EQP2 take market share in established markets and open up new markets with aircraft that are easier to use, more accessible and has a higher value for families, flying club and organizations worldwide.Mission
Point 1) The world is facing major challenges when it comes to the future of transportation. Globalization has increased travel activities relating to both business and tourism and increased pressure on education and development in the transport system, while current policies are binging aviation farther and farther away from people all over the world, most clearly shown through the relocation and closure of local airports. This opens a new market for amphibians, which have the capability to operate in nearby areas. When 90% of the world's population lives near water, EAN see great potential in a new intimate sphere of transport.
Point 2) The focus on environmentally friendly solutions are becoming more prominent and the automotive industry is struggling to deliver good solutions for time-and cost-effectiveness. Simple and secure solutions for the use of transport aircraft that can simplify the way to travel in the future. EAN wants to be a significant contributor to the improvement of current aircraft and thus transport systems. EQP2 is powered by electric motors fed by electricity from batteries and generators in the body. Equator wants to change how today's aerospace work by introducing private planes that are a real alternative to a car, boat and trains in the future. The planes will be more quiet, faster, cheaper, more accessible, more environmentally friendly and user-friendly than current aircraft.
Point 3) EAN wishes to make personal air travel possible for more people globally, thus changing the airline industry by making more products available that will inspire more people to learn to walk in the air. By offering innovative solutions and new concepts for today's air travel, airline industry added a long awaited technology leap.Product
EQP2 Excursion is based on using new electric motors that drive and mix the clean, simple lines of modern gliders, along with the practical aspects of amphibian with flow wing and use high-end composite technology to achieve low weight.
