There are several views of what happened between 1963 and 1974 in Cyprus. Each account is either based on the negatives that took place, i.e the war that took place between the Greeks & Turks, and the exchange of bullets between villages.
This piece steps away from the negative approach of the blood massacre that took place, and instead focuses on the villagers and families that tried to escape from it. The memories and belongings that had to be left behind and move to another village to start brand new, to survive without your necessities, and looking after your elderly alongside the young that need your support.
You, as a visitor, will be sent through a journey to experience this, to feel their emotions between that period, and look through the eyes that survived this.
