Over the past several years we have developed our image library for the education market by documenting the student experience in an authentic way that allows Adobe’s customers to identify with the subject matter. Instead of staging shoots, hiring models, props, grooming, etc., we go into actual school settings and shoot what is happening using available light, done in a reportage style, candid, genuine. Schools like University of Oregon Journalism department, USC cinematic arts, Academy of Art, and Art Center College of Design in Pasadena have graciously allowed us to come in and capture the creative process as it unfolds. The result is a set of images that not only feel real, but are real. We use these images in all of our marketing assets from web pages to emails to banners to tell a consistent and authentic story throughout the campaign.
