Economic student game

The problem
The company that hire was working on a couple of economic games for students. The main goal was to help them to have a better understanding of some economic concepts. I am currently redesigning all the game, but i am going to present you the first one (Stay tunned for others).

The original design of the game was really poor. I did a ergonomic analysis based on the criterias of Bastien&Scapin (1993). This analysis revealed a lot of issues of guidance, consistency, workload, and legibility. Anyway, here is just a screenshot of the old interface.
In short, user have to make choice on each line to maximize their earnings. Usability tests confirmed the issues revealed on the ergonomic analysis. I am not going to go throught every issue, but here is the redesign of the first game.
A solution

I have also developed this interface (HTML/CSS/JS). Here is the live version

The presentation of the experience

Here is the quick preview of the interactivity. When you make a choice in the game, it automatically scrolls to the next one in order to increase the guidance. (Bad quality video).
