Eco Tourism Master Plan
Site analysis, assessment and master plan for a proposed 940 ac First Nations development, particularly focused on cultural and natural features. Two site access scenarios and master plan options were proposed. Four general land use categories, including commercial, office and institutional, cultural and educational, and recreational were evaluated for suitability based on road access, servicing, river access, slope, visibility, views, vegetation, religious site and contaminated sites. This, in conjunction with market research and public consultation, formed the basis of the master plan.
Role: Designer, responsible for all site analysis and assessment, master plan, graphics, and Design Report.
