D&AD Student Awards 2012 - Ministry of Sound’s iconic London event ‘Saturday Sessions’
The Saturday Session posters are based upon the idea of an eclipse, conveying the same mood of a highly anticipated and remarkable event. We approached the use of lights to visually communicate the atmosphere within a club. The use of geometry within the lights reflect the distinct modernity of the club culture. Varying textures that are used within each poster further express a mood of cool futurism that is associated with the scenes in clubs.
