We live in profit-driven economies that often fail to create the most efficient methods of utilizing natural resources to satisfy the needs of humanity. A perfect example of inefficiency is food distribution. Mere observation, that globally both obesity & malnutrition is continually increasingly, is a good indicator of inefficient systems: www.who.int. Large corporations dictate most of the resource distribution & availability. As such, it would take a lot of effort to create change. I don't have clear answers. However, as a method of encouraging thought provoking ideas, I created scenarios of what life might be like for our children & grandchildren if economies collapsed, due to the our inability to efficiently utilize the natural resources.
