Contribution to Higgs Boson discovery

On July 4th 2012, CERN Director General, Prof. Rolf -Dieter Heuer,
announced the discovery of of the Higgs Boson.
Several different services in the EMI distribution provide support for
data transfer and storage, computing, security, service discovery and many other fundamental functions
as part of the WLCG distributed infrastructure that made the discovery possible.
This video shows how EMI contributed to the discovery of a Higgs boson at CERN.
