- Duracell ® was facing declining hearing aid battery sales due to generic packaging and lower-priced competitors. Ethnographies were conducted with consumers (ages 55+) experiencing failing eyesight and reduced dexterity. Our solution empowered challenged consumers to change their batteries, improving their lives and driving sales for Duracell ®.
