Freedom Park opened on the 13th of August 2011 with a five day “Live-Paint“ event, where 13 internationally renowned artists employed a total of 17 original pieces of the wall as blank canvasses.

Freedom Park is a public exhibition on display until the 25th anniversary of the fall of The Berlin  Wall, on the 9th of November 2014. A total of 50 artists invited by the Dudes Factory will be participating.

The exposed Wall segments originate from the former inner-city border between Brandenburger Tor and Potsdamer Platz. Each L-Element weighs about 2,750 kg, each T-Element about 3,300 kg, and they measure approximately 3.6 metres high and 1.2 metres wide.
