Drunks can take advantage of the free cab system instead of driving over the limit, and most likely getting a DUI or worse. Bar owners will have an increase in profits. People will drink more knowing they have a reliable and safe ride home. Bars will no longer be liable for drunk driving because they offer the free cab system. And hopefully taxpayers will be able to save a few bucks, and keep the roads safe.
