During ADCOLOR 2013, we introduced our conclusion and solution to this problem: REVERSE MENTORSHIP.
If people took the time to talk and empathize with each other, they will find that they are not that different and that there's a lot they can learn from each other.
We're all human at the end.
During the event, we introduced the video, and the "Browne Paper" and had a candid conversation about the subject. The panel had 2 Millennials and 2 Boomers, all very successful ad professionals. We received great response and feedback and our
"FREE THE TITLES" takeaway resonated with the audience.
