A series of posters I designed for abused women. Initially was an idea for a pitch that I wanted to do for FAMSA (FAMILY AND MARRIAGE SOCIETY OF SOUTH AFRICA), these designs have been sitting on my external harddrive for some time, so I think it's time they are showed to the rest of the world. I still want to clean them up up a bit.

The basic idea was to host an event where abused women come together and share their stories of being abused, and sharing their story of over coming abuse. After the session of sharing stories and giving advise to one another they would then enjoy an orchestra performance. The orchestra would play inspirational songs. Songs of conquering defeat.
