In February 1931, St. Maria Faustina had a vision of Jesus in the town of Plock, Poland. In her diary, she tells us that the Lord commanded her to paint the image she was looking in those moments of revelation. The image should portray Jesus with two rays of blood and water that flowed from his heart, as the Divine Mercy for the world's salvation. Also, the image should be signed with the words "Jesus, I trust in You". Based on the Lord's words to Sister Faustina and the original painting, my version of the Divine Mercy tries to rescue God's promises for the new generations of catholic believers.

En febrero de 1931, Santa María Faustina tuvo una visión de Jesús en el pueblo de Plock, Polonia. En su diario personal, ella misma nos relata que el Señor le mandó a pintar la imagen que estaba viendo durante esos momentos de revelación. La imagen debía retratar a Jesús con dos rayos de sangre y agua que brotaban de su corazón como Divina Misericordia para la salvación del mundo. Así mismo, la imagen debía estar firmada con las palabras Jesús, en ti confío. Basándome en las palabras del Señor para Sor Faustina y la pintura original, mi versión de la Divina Misericordia pretende rescatar las promesas del Señor para las nuevas generaciones de creyentes católicos.
