Being an artist means experimenting, learning from others and taking inspiration from the world around you. In this instance, upon reading blogs and websites I came across a technique of distorting the camera lens. A simple effect which consisted of nail varnish and a disposible camera.
Due to my current interest being Landscapes, I chose a great spot not to far away from Cheltenham,I parked up and snapped away. You can never tell whether with disposible camera's what the results will turn out like, due to the 'throw away' quality of them. However, afer a few tweeks (trying to keep the film-like texture) here and there I arrived at a 'nice' set of landscapes.
Mind you, nothing that Ansel Adams would be proud of.
