Getting lost in enjoyment is something we love to do,but to be lost puts an end to that enjoyment. Disney’s Animal Kingdom is a placeto immerse yourself within, but too many quests were just lost overall. Producingthe new wayfinding initiative for Disney’s Animal Kingdom was a uniquechallenge, keeping true to the brand of discovery while implementing a signagesystem. By designing a special typeface and keeping the signs blades consistentin size, height and a color range we created a recognizable system. Thevariable became the sign post which was designed to work within each individualarea and reflect the story of the environmental architecture.
