Our team developed the concept of using 'info graphics' to explain the need for blood donors. To keep the concept simple to understand, we illustrated only one fact - as opposed to many different facts. We also kept the comparisons and the colors simple, following brand guidelines. We've realized a significant response rate using this type of communication method.
