Welcome to my project series: "Digital Portrait Drawings"
Let's begin with a brief introduction to what it is all about.
It is always more exciting and fun to be able to have a sneak peek into the artist's mind.
I have always found human faces, features and their charismatic radiance fascinating. Their has been a variety of medium that I have used so far to pay tribute to the beauty that these faces contain.
This particular series is a blend of my drawing and collaging skill!
I have used the digital method of drawing using the traditional freehand style of drawing and played with the whole in the spirit of layering in collage building.
You may come across a few familiar celebrity portraits and some other unknown character drawings. These are the random characters I like to create. They have their whole personality within but do not exist in the real world as it is. It has more to do with how I imagine them to be and how I create their representation.
For me, drawing this way is even more fun and it gives an entirely new flavour to how you experience the process. They say, art is more about the process than the result. I am keeping this option open for all my blog visitors to comment on how did they like my results. It shall add on to my feedback and have an impact on the work I carryout in future.
