However with the functions of this art nouveau inspired custom desk, the needs for both a drafting surface and keyboard stand could be tucked away into one piece of furniture, such as this writing desk, while still allowing for space within a small room. Furthermore, the complexity in design is accompanied by a fine sense of detail to both craftsmanship, and explores various techniques in woodworking such as bent lamination and almost all basic joinery methods.
