The book Design in Question is part of the proposal of Ruedi Baur, in collaboration with Vera Baur Kockot and the Institue Design2Context ZHdK Zurich for Elisava, School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona.
For the project development, many people interested in design have been invited from all over the world, in order to raise critical questions about the potential and reach of design, from diferent geographic, social and cultural views. These questions are the ones that we can see by now displayed in the school's hall and in this book.
