Desde las ventanas (From the windows) was a collective exhibition with photographers Marcel Bohumil, Pablo Rodriguez, Cristina Mejias, Isabel Sierra and Sandra Lara, organized by currator Silvia Alzueta and writer/journalist Cristina Consuegra for the Noche en Blanco art manifestation in the Espacio Emergente Unicaja gallery, Malaga, Spain.
We worked with the symbol of the window, all its meanings in our society, from different points of view.
I chose to work on the architectural, urban meanings of the window, with photos from New York City, playing with the lack of air, the repetition, the beauty of the sometimes impersonal forms of symetry, abandon and deterioration of buildings. Read Less
