I worked as a 2D/3D artist for independent video game developer 3rd Element Studios. My role in working with this independent developer was to create assets for use in the game. This asset creation entailed: Research for original ideas, Creating concept art to describe the ideas to the other developers for the purpose of receiving input, modeling a low poly asset, and creating a high poly model for texturing and baking maps.
I also had the opportunity to rig and animate the characters you see below. This was a unique learning experience, because it gave me the chance to see how well my models would deform under "real-world" situations (in-game-mechanics).
