This is a book cover for Darken which is also a book in progress. This was a project that was meant to be mostly type. The title itself is an ambigram, allowing it to be turned over and it can still be read as Darken.
This some of my student work, it is an expressive type project.
Summary about the book: The book is about angels, although in the story they are called Luminaries seeing as how angels are just one order of Luminaries. Angels incarnate on earth if killed in heaven and the story follows the story of one incarnated Luminary called Elyith, his human name being Kale, who has to go through life as a human and learn to be a luminary once again be reclaiming his heavenly memories. On his way there he must find his brothers and sister also incarnate on Earth, find and stop his fallen aunt from killing his brother and him, and stop Darken the most powerful spell, which was created by a luminary and made for and can only be used by the Angel of Light, Lucifer.
