CHALLENGE
Design a set of book jackets conceptually driven and derived from a common thread running between four Barnes and Noble Classics.
RESOLUTION
For a man who has been in the business world for 40 years, suddenly being released back into the world of play and adventure can be a difficult transition at age 65. This book series, “Do not go gentle,” was derived from Dylan Thomas’ poem, Do not go gentle into that good night, which speaks to living life to the fullest, especially as one ages. I visually displayed this concept with geometric shapes describing the protagonist’s journey. The adventure begins with Tom Sawyer’s summertime fun and ends with Odysseus’ otherworldly voyages.
