DEL is the acronym of Dynamic Energy Light. Basically it's an hat made by a flexible photovoltaic module with a very high efficiency, called Sphelar. It can be useful as an head-lamp or as table-lamp. Moreover it can be a portable charger (e.g. laptop, mobile phone ).
