Making Customer Service More Serviceable
- DCCCD uses an FAQs product from Right Now Technologies to facilitate customer service, and for many years the design has been an unremarkable, out-of-the-box solution. The Internet Publishing Team wants to change that.
- The major goals of the redesign are as follows:
- "Brighten" the site to make it more inviting, less clinical
- Present FAQs on the landing page based on their popularity
- Facilitate scanning and browsing
- Present the FAQs by category
It has been suggested that this design, planned to be rolled out first, should inform the color palette used on the main website.
