Born out of mutual fascination with the possibilities of artistic creation. 'Day Three' explores visions of growing organisms and life's origins in water. Out of the shimmering sound world, a tentative melody begins to emerge in the alto flute and saxophone.

'ANIMA is a new collaborative project bringing together some of the UK's most dynamic contemporary composers, musicians and animators. Formed in 2013 by composer, Chris Roe, the ANIMA Collective aims to connect different art forms, and place contemporary music in a new context.'
