Brief
Design an identity and apply it to a marketing campaign for an ‘ultra-contemporary’ property re-development of a former garage, in Wickford, Essex by Explore Living Ltd. The apartments are generously finished with modern fittings and gadgets.

Solution
Based on the idea of gossip, the thought provoking strapline is designed to engage attention and increase public interest. The concept can also be translated to a social media campaign for updates and offers.
