Joe & Averell are the first in a series of four pieces that are inspired by the famous comic characters. Just as with the Dalton Brothers, each design has is own personality. Joe, the shorter of the two, honours its character with its peculiar suggestion of BRASS KNUCKLES, referencing his temper and wit. Averell is more streamlined in form and represents the boundary between the indifferent and the ignorant. The second design caters to the essentials, not concerned with the complexities of everyday life.
As brothers do, both lamps have elements in common such as the shade and both are constructed from a uniform material- ceramics.

Joe y Averell son las primeras lámparas, de una serie total de 4, que nacen bajo inspiración de los populares personajes de cómic. Como los Dalton, cada diseño goza de su propia personalidad. Joe, de menor altura, homenajea al personaje con su curiosa interpretación del puño americano: temperamento y carácter. Averell es más estilizado y marca la frontera entre lo despreocupado y lo inconsciente. Este segundo diseño atiende a lo esencial, dejando para los demás las preocupaciones del día a día.
Como buenos hermanos comparten elementos como la tulipa y el material principal del que están hechos: la cerámica.
