This workshop, organized by myself and Joe pollak inside the "social sciences for design" course at the Politecnico university, was aimed at better understanding and enhancing the creative process with an emphasis on the role of the group inside the creative process.
The workshop was built out of three group tasks followed by a debrief session were the group raised various issues of group dynamics, group creativity, trial and error and ground braking innovation.
the tasks were designed to have infinite solutions where progress can be achieved using different work strategies, the workshop was held outdoors in order to exit the students comfort zone but at the same time simulate familiar situations of group work.
