I quickly built out a WordPress site for my client that integrated social media like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, allowing the client to create an online following using their existing social and professional networks. With little existing content, I guided the client through the content development process, and after working through a creative briefing, took the lead on populating the sitewith relevant, evergreen resources and imagery.
As a value-added element, we trained the client towork with the modular WordPress CMS drag-and-drop user interface, WYSIWIG texteditor, and media library—all within the framework of a permissions-based administration system to ensure no unintended changes were made to the site or itsfunctionality. After claiming and beginning population of the client’s social media properties, I created a social media strategy and best practices guide that the client would use as a means to continue to expand their presence and ability to provide valuable resources to their client base.
The client was pleased with my ability to deliver a top-notch site, client-managed interface, social media presence, training manuals, and an online communications strategy. Within the next six months, my client’s business grew and established them as a new force in the San Diego real estate and title industry.
