Courgette Restaurant in Midtown Manhattan combines classical, Northern-European flavors with New American cuisine and farm-to-table ideals. Along with visually-stunning presentation, Courgette places a premium on sustainable, local ingredients. Its sophisticated yet affordable menu is an ideal fare for occasions that range from happy hours to intimate dinners and impressive business lunches. It earned the celebrity stamp of approval from such notables as John Stamos, Annie Lennox, Anthony Mackie and Michael Rapaport.
My role in this project

I worked closely with the restaurant's new management to overhaul Courgette's visual identity and marketing strategy. My work was comprised of a complete re-branding, new signage (design and fabrication), website design and development, food and interior photography, advertising materials for street promotion and social media campaigns.

WEBSITE DESIGN

An online presence that showcased Courgette's warm atmosphere and the visually appealing fare that Executive Chef Andrey Korobyak is known for.
Unfortunately, the restaurant closed in 2014, but the website is still available at this address:

FOOD & BAR MENU PHOTOGRAPHY
Crisp, clean images allowed the food to do all the talking.
