Web Redesign
I was a key member of the web team which redesigned the CASE Web site in 2009. The group: selected and evaluated vendors for the new CMS; revised the website's information architecture; revised the CASE taxonomy; performed usability testing; implemented content migration.
Online Communications
Post-launch, I handled day-to-day web content management. I also designed and produced e-newsletters and e-blasts: the CASE monthly membership e-newsletter; Latin America e-newsletter; monthly District e-newsletters; and a weekly staff e-newsletter. I used an e-mail blast service linked with the CASE membership database.
