Conservâre is a real estate company specializing in conservation development, management and stewardship. Harms Creative was asked to develop a logo and identity system along with an introductory corporate brochure. Conservâre works on a few different levels. As a real estate company they need to appeal to the buyers of property and homeowners. As a development company they need to appeal to investors and municipalities. Two very different sets of interests. Being a relatively new company, Conservâre was cost-conscious and was hoping to be able to accomplish everything in one, four-page brochure.
Harms Creative came up with a solution which provides an introduction to Conservâre's "Two Sides,' which touches on both aspects of their business and even explains some of the ecological science behind their work. Photography selections from the client's collection were modified using a mirrored image approach, reinforcing the two sides concept.
