I took this photograph near Enville, UK, and I was really suprised how clear the nights sky is away from the city lights; It's amazing how alive the night can be. I used a Canon EOS 60D and only the kit lens at 18mm set to the widest aperture of f/3.5 to capture each frame. Set on a tripod and using a remote shutter release in Bulb mode, the individual frames are of different exposures, as I spent different amounts of time painting the foreground objects with a torch light. The orange glow behind the hedge is given off from the lights of Birmingham, about 25km away. This photograph is my conclusion to one of my university modules,
Digital Photography & Manipulation.
