‘Connected’ is a wearable device enabling mobile users to quickly glance at information. It is also a platform for other appliances within a connected ecosystem. No longer is the traditional "smartphone" the sole link to data.  There are two modes to this device, passive and active. Passive mode provides "at a glance" notifications, such as time, date, and alerts like email, calendar and sms. When the display is rotated 90 degrees, active mode is enabled allowing the user to interact with content. In addition, users can leverage additional devices/appliances, such as the tri-display.
