We were commissioned by Nourish to created this publication for Meat and Livestock Australia. The publication is a study of what influences Australians cooking behaviours for manufacturers, foodies and hospitality industries.

A combinaton of beautiful photography, infographics and typography drove the design to capture the essence of this publication. The document researches the interplay between new and old media separating fact from fiction. Research was collected from a combination of blogger diaries, interviews, focus groups and online surveys. The results were a combination of diary entries, myths and graphs.
