Within our newspaper for kids (El Mundo de los Niños), we though could be interesting make a contest for kids on interaction with our facebook page. We asked the little ones to sent their drawings for the last edition. The contestants should send their monster to our facebook wall. The one with more likes, would be the winner. At the end, we decided to award the 12 works with more votes and also the ones we liked most (In order to make a more fair selection)

Dentro del periódico para niños El Mundo de los niños se nos courrió generar un concurso para niños a través de nuestro sitio de facebook. Les pedimos a los pequeñines que nos enviaran dibujos de monstruos para completar nuestra edición número 11. Los concursantes tenían que enviar su imagen digital a nuestro sitio de Facebook. El que tuviera mas likes sería el ganador. Al final optamos por una premiación mas "salomónica" y seleccionamos los 12 trabajos con más votos y que nos gustaran mas. 

Inspired by the work of the illustrator Dave Devries, who make a project named "The monster engine", we wanted to make movie posters for their respective monsters. The results where astonishing and the kids where really happy. It was a heavy work, allong with other cool illustrators (Moskabrowm and Cuahutemoc Wetzka). Let me show you my collab to the issue:

Inspirados en el trabajo del iustrador Dave Devries, quien generó un proyecto llamado "the Monster engine" (donde le daba un aspecto realista a dibujos de niños), quisimos realizar carteles de película para cada respectivo monstruo que nos eviaran los niños. Los resultados fueron asombrosos y los niños quedaron muy contentos. Fue un trabajo arduo entre tres ilustradores (Moskabrown, Cuahutemoc Wetzka y una servidora).
