Eric Garland is a futurist, which means he advises big companies about what the trends are forecasting for the future and what they should do to prepare. He needed a speaker video to promote his services to the conference industry but hated the usual "old guy on a stage with PowerPoint" clips he was seeing from his competitors. He wanted something different and engaging, on a shoestring budget.
I worked with Tangent Mind LLC to design and produce the video below. I used the style created in the video to create various promotional print materials for Competitive Futures, Eric's company. I also designed the cover and text layout for Eric's newest book, a sarcastic and informative spoof on 1990's era business books.
