The proposal for this project was to redevelop an obsolete industrial area in the suburbs.
The solution is based in the General Plans conditions about building-density, heights, uses, etc., and pretends to make the common free zones significant, combining green areas and paved areas according to the relation between the buildings.
The housing has been strategically oriented in order to take advantage of the natural light and it is distributed in several kinds of blocks with different plans and heights adapted to the requirements.
There was also necessary to incorporate a car park, so it was decided to be placed one level under the street one. The trees take part in the parks design and the system used provides natural light and ventilation.
