For these collaborations, my role often encompasses project manager, art director, licensing liaison, logistics, as well as sourcing and merchant "wrangler." The merchandise programs are cross-company efforts and are featured prominently in stores. For each program, a select number of products are designated DTR while others are purchased directly through vendor partners. The challenge is to ensure that there is cohesion among all the products and packaging which are sourced in multiple countries and factories.
